You can only truly love what you know, and only when you love something you do feel a genuine desire to protect it. And it is within the framework of this virtuous circle in which DAC Tours offers a unique experience that combines the beauty of a spectacular sunset while having a glass of wine, with curious and relevant information about the Albufera Natural Park.
To live this experience we will depart from the Port of Catarroja (an old Roman port) and take a canal towards the main lake. We will tell curious things about the marsh and the cultivation of rice (the largest, with its 17,000 hectares, of the three ecosystems that make up the Natural Park,) and we will begin to observe different types of birds (more than 250 different species use the Albufera Natural Park to nest, to live permanently or as a stop in their migrations from Africa to the Arctic).
With the arrival at the largest lagoon, 2,100 Hectares of "inland sea", through which we will also sail a little, we will stop the boat's engine and prepare to watch the sunset on the Albufera lake in Valencia, cataloged in many rankings as "one of the most beautiful in Spain".
The boat ride, the bird watching and the sunset, ... will be accompanied by Valencian wines (also beer, soft drinks, ...) and a cold aperitif.
For the explanations we use an individual audio system that allows, while sailing, to perfectly listen to the guide, without the need to fix attention or sight on him, and therefore enjoying this paradisiacal environment even more.
