We are well aware of the impact that the Covid-19 pandemic has had and will have on our lives in general, and on tourism in particular.

Did you know that Paula and I, the two little hearts that drive DAC Tours, are microbiologists who entered the world of Tourism out of pure passion?


We know about viruses, and how infectious they are, and that’s why we have taken a whole series of measures to ensure that our experiences are safe. We discuss them here, and we also want to highlight some of the characteristics of our way of conceiving tourism, which in themselves are a way of minimizing the risk of contagion:

Measures expressly adopted to minimize the risks of contagion

 

  1. We always have masks, gloves and disinfecting hydroalcoholic gel at your disposal.

  2. We have a specific anti-Covid 19 action protocol for each type of experience we carry out.

  3. We work with collaborators (transport vehicles, guides, places where experiences are celebrated, etc.) who are committed to applying the appropriate procedures to minimize the risk of Covid-19 contagion, by applying disinfection measures and adequate hygienic practices.

  4. We measure the temperature and expressly ask each client regarding their state of health and their contacts with possible people at risk or sick. Regretfully, we do not admit in our experiences people who may be a potential risk of infection based on the above.

  5. We follow the recommendations established in the official documents of the Secretary of State for Tourism to reduce the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus in the tourism sector.

 

Anti-Covid features of our experiences that minimize the risks of contagion

 

  1.  Our groups are always small. We will never be more than 15 people.

  2. In general, and certainly by express request, our groups are exclusively for your people (your family with whom you already have a relationship, your group of friends, your colleagues who work together, …). You will not come into contact with “unknown” people, only with people you trust, which significantly minimizes the risks of contagion.

  3.  In the guided tours we use a fantastic individual audio system, which allows more freedom of movement and therefore does not require being very close to other attendees to the experience. It is another way to minimize the risk of contagion.
